1.Delivery time: After receiving client’s deposit and cup samples, film, within 50 working days, we will finish the machine.

2.Term of Payments: At first client shall pay 30% deposit of Purchase order total amount, then we start to produce machine. After machine is finished, we will invite client to test machine in our factory. After successful checking, client shall pay the remaining 70% of total amount before shipping.

With the automatic powder feeding system, the probiotics powder will be feed into the filling hopper automatically, vacuum feeding or screw feeding. But compared to the screw feeding, the vacuum feeding system will be much better, not only from the probiotics powder protection, but also the powder waste.

6. UV Lamp Sterilization for the sealing film

With this UV lamp, the rolled film can be sterilized before sealing on the cups.

7. Heat Sealing Station

The rolled film will be sealed on the cup.

8.Punching System

9. Cooling System
