Product Details
1. This machine is appropriate for compatible Nespresso coffee capsules, such as: Nespresso, k-cup, K-shot, one cup, etc.
2. This machine is capable of filling powder, liquid, paste, goo, granules, and other substances.
3. Depending on the stackability of the capsules/cups, you can choose between vertical capsule/cup feeding/horizontal capsule loading or automatic centrifugal/vibrating capsule feeding methods.
4. By utilizing the renowned servo-driven screw filling system, the filling accuracy is enhanced.
5. It comes with a stirring system that ensures smooth powder consistency, resulting in improved filling pressure and accuracy.
6. It features a nitrogen flushing function that prolongs the product's shelf life.
7. It is equipped with a tamping station and a vacuum capsule top edge cleaning function to achieve a better sealing effect.
8. There is an optional cutting and sealing station available for pre-cut lids or rolled foil lids.
9. With the swing output arm, the machine can automatically unload the capsules.
